My volcano cake! I made this for a Mother/daughter luau for activity days. It was really fun!
I started with 5 layers of cake and carved it into a volcano shape. I cut a hole out of the top so I could put a custard cup there for a spot to put dry ice.
I bought the frosting from the store (fudge frosting) and heated it up a bit. It was nice because I could be messy and it made it look better!
Dustin won his first putting contest!!! He was so excited.
He got a $10 gift card and this is what he spent it on.
He was able to participate in a Golf Scramble for work and his team tied for first! They got some reward money so Dustin was even more excited!
haha I just love this picture- I captured him in the middle of a yawn.
I finally turned 20! Yay!
We had a Korean dinner and wore our Korean outfits.
Your cake turned out great! I love it!
ReplyDeleteHoly cow. You are so creative, and hilarious. That picture of you and Dustin is soon to be our backdrop on our laptop. HAHAH!!! You two. It's pictures like that that make my heart ache to move to Arizona. :)
ReplyDeleteIt is so fun to see your pictures! That volcano cake is too dangerous to be in the house! So cool! I also love the Korean picture, you are so hilarious :)
ReplyDeleteWe found it a little ironic that in the Korean Dinner picture you can see the sign that says "Laugh every day"... You two are so funny! :)
